The following items are included in the above retreat rates: rates:

  • Use of the designated property starting at 11am ending 11pm. (12 hours total).
  • Loulu Palm tree dedication (two seedlings or two seeds).
  • 15 Tiki filled torches on path from retreat area leading to the guest restroom area.
  • Industrial Quality Clothes Steamer and clothes tripod for last minute touchups. (distilled water only)
  • Parking spaces for up to 50 self parked vehicles (approx 100 guests) – more than 50 total parked vehicles requires you to contract valet services.
    85 - 100 maximum parked vehicles
    (depends on vehicle sizes SUV/Trucks/Cars) requires shuttle services and valet services combined. No overflow parking.
  • 1 Loulu Palm Farms staff member present on day of event, to maintain property infrastructure only. Not event coordination.
  • 1 Exterior Women’s and 1 Men’s Exterior Restroom (2 stalls in each) Restrooms accommodate up to 200 guests.
  • Perimeter outdoor peripheral lighting and electrical hook ups for your event.
  • Three decorative uplights of your color choice (color based on availability).
  • Access to Exterior Covered Catering Area w/sink and two prep tables – (catering equipment not included).
  • 15 decorative landscape and tree uplights in white.
  • Choice Between Bamboo Altar (2 post) or (4 post) Chuppah (bare structure only) or Traditional White Lattice Garden Arch/Arbor.
  • Portable Rustic Bar structure (structure only – no bartender services provided – no light or cover provided to be used on lawn area only).
  • Dumpster for trash (up to 75 guests only). (100 guests and over may have additional refuse fees or trash conditions – No plastic disposables).
  • Use of the house for exclusive predetermined use – guests and vendors limited to outside space.
  • Free use of the property for a retreat rehearsal (up to one hour) the week before your event, depending on availability of the property.
  • 20 Blue Sky Loaner Umbrellas.

  • These are rates for Monday- Thursday.
    No Ala Carte on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. If you book one of our hourly retreat packages for a Fri, Sat, Sun or Holiday - it is an additional $500.00.
    Additional Property Hours are $500 per hour.
    $500.00 Deposit and Day of Event Liability Insurance is required.
