• Access to Loulu Palm Preferred Partner's List. Each has been screened and chosen for their quality of service to our past clients, recommended by industry professionals, and has agreed to prioritize our referrals, and adhere to our Terms and Conditions. We confidently endorse these firms as the best of those in their individual fields of endeavor.
• Specific recommendations from made by our Director, relevant to your Wedding Event, your style, and your budget requirements.
• The Director will arrange quotations from your chosen Preferred Partners, and have letters of commitment issued to you from each.
• The Preferred Partners bill the Loulu Palm, and all Catering, Tenting, Equipment, Music, Florals, Beauty and other invoices are submitted to the Loulu Palm. Our Director of Accounting will arrange one total invoice to be sent to you for your initial deposit, and final payments. No need to carry checks, cash or credit cards the day of your Event.  The Loulu Palm issues all Partner payments electronically, saving you valuable time.

• Initial consultation (up to 2 hrs) in person or over the phone
• Email correspondences between couple and consultant as needed
• Access to specialty packages and last minute specials offered by our Loulu Palm Preferred Partners
• Optional 2 "review" meeting (must schedule; in person/phone) during the wedding planning process to discuss wedding details
• Guaranteed "Finalization" meeting to review all wedding day details.(at least 7-10 days prior to wedding day)
• Contact with all vendors to confirm and finalize logistics of wedding day
• Assist with creating a comprehensive time-line for wedding vendors and wedding party
• Assist with development of the program for ceremony and reception
• Attend and Oversee Wedding Rehearsal  - 1 hour (additional hours at a rate of $75. per hour)  
• Orchestrate ceremony and reception with additional staff team members (additional charges may apply)
• Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities through our Loulu Palm Preferred Partner's Program
• Assist with set-up and break-down of ceremony and reception ***(same day)
