A payment of 50% of your total venue fees are to be paid now, $1725.47, and the remaining balance will be due 90 days prior to your event.  The property deposit needs to be paid two weeks before your event in the form of a cashiers check.  This deposit will be returned within two weeks after your event unless there are damages.  All damages will be documented with photographs. No further billing notices will be sent.  It is your responsibility to make your payment on  4/3/10.  We retain the right to cancel your event whose fees are not paid in a timely manner.  There will be no refunds for nonpayment.  Personal checks, cashier’s check or wire transfers are preferred.  Credit card payments are accepted and a 3% processing fee is charged. Please make payment to ÏLoulu Palm Estate LLCÓ and mail it to the address provided above.  Please call or email to request credit card processing.
         
Please read and sign this reservation fee and mail it in along with your check in order to secure your reservation date at the Loulu Palm. It is first come first serve in reserving your wedding date. This reservation fee is not refundable.  All sales are final.  If you cancel your event/reservation the Loulu Palm will refund your money only if we are able to book a new event in place of your cancelled event and only at the rate we are able to charge minus, a $200 processing fee. The Loulu Palm will not be held responsible for complications or delays due to inclement weather, rain, or acts of war/God.

Included in a

• Use of the property from 11:00 a.m. in the morning until 12

midnight, music must be off at 10:00 p.m, NO EXCEPTIONS.    
Speakers must be full day rental of the Loulu Palm are the following:directed towards ocean!                         

• Parking spaces up to 100 (over 70 cars should consider valet services)
• 2 Women’s and 2 Men’s restrooms.
• Outdoor lighting of the property, electrical outlets (additional power-2 spider boxes- can be provided at an extra cost if you were to need large amounts of electricity).  
• A staff member present on the day or your event to maintain the property infrastructure.  The staff workers responsibilities do not include wedding coordinating.   
• The bride and groom and the bridal party members are allowed to use the house on the day of their rental. 
• Free use of the property for a wedding rehearsal ( for up to 1.5 hours) the week before the wedding date (please call to schedule, pending availability).

Terms and Conditions

• All trash, including inside the house, must be put in the dumpster after your event.  No exceptions.
• If you plan to dance, YOU MUST RENT A DANCE FLOOR.  Damaged grass will be charged from your deposit.
• You must have a wedding coordinator or a person in charge of your event and this person must contact the Coordination Staff two weeks before your event to go over the details of your event.  It is very important to email our Coordination Staff, wedloulupalm@gmail.com, a list of your vendors, a final guest count, and the arrival time of your guests!
• All balloons and signs must be removed from the site and road once your event is over. 
• Amplified music is allowed.
• Amplified musice must be off at 10 o’clock, no exceptions!  Music will be turned off if you go beyond 10 o’clock.  You may play listening level music until 11 pm. No DJ’s, dance music, karaoke, or bands after 10 pm per Oahu County noise abatement rules.
• The house is only to be used by the wedding party. 
• All  fees must be paid before the day or your event unless special arrangements have been made in advance. 
• You must book your tents and equipment through the Loulu Palm.  Please contact us and we will put you in contact with a tent vendor. Do not rent your chairs, tables, flatware etc through your catering company.
• Events with over 70 cars need to hire a valet/parking service.
• Do not set chairs or other items up on the beach.
• No driving on the grass without permission!
• We are not responsible for providing directions or maps to guests. We suggest providing a wedding website with a map and directions. Mapping and directions will be included with your rental confirmation.
