- Initial consultations (up to 2 hours) in person or over the phone
- Unlimited email correspondences between couple and consultant
- Guaranteed 2-3 scheduled "review" meetings to discuss details and status of wedding plans
- Guaranteed "Finalization" meeting to review and discuss all wedding day details (at least 7-10 days prior to wedding day)
- Access to Loulu Palm Preferred Partner's List, making specific recommendations as to those that are the most suitable to you style and budgeting needs.
- Assist with budget management
- Assist in developing wedding day theme, concepts, design and decor
- Assist with group shuttle and transportation to Event location
- In conjunction with our in house Travel Services Coordinator who provides hotels and homes meeting your criteria and negotiate group hotel contracts and booking codes
- Assist with creating a cohesive timeline for the day, including vendors arrival times
- Personal site tour- prior to your event, if needed, to review set-up and your wedding vision
- Coordinate vendor contracts with Preferred Partners based on details discussed during our consultations
- Ensure vendor deposits and contracts are made on time
- Communication with all vendors to coordinate and finalize logistics of wedding party
- Assist with creating a comprehensive time-line for vendors and wedding party
- Develop a program timeline for ceremony and reception- based on details discussed during our consultations
- Attend and oversee wedding rehearsal (1hour)
- Orchestrate ceremony and reception
- Distribute final vendor payments and gratuities
- Assist with set-up and break-down of ceremony and reception ***(same day)
